Dr. Ludden served as a Psychologist and manager for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas Employee Assistance Program where she delivered psychological services to employees and their families.
Dr. Ludden Dr. Ludden conducted a seven-week workshop series, including communication/listening skills, conflict resolution skills, stress management, assertiveness training, and self-esteem building.
Dr. Ludden consulted with and coached a President and CEO of several multi-million-dollar companies. Dr. Ludden prepared this President to intervene and investigate sexual harassment within their company. She assisted the President to analyze these companies and developing strategies for successful organizational management development. She consulted in the proper outplacement of individuals and did executive testing and leadership skills development.
Dr. Ludden consults with small businesses. She consulted with partners in a small business to appropriately let an employee go and offered Dr. Ludden’s outplacement services.

Dr. Ludden’s testing experience includes Director of Testing, Orientation, and School Relations for Texas A&M Commerce University. Her experiences in career development include professor in Dallas County Community Colleges in communication skills, assertiveness training, interviewing skills, and employee/employer relations. Dr. Ludden’s management and personnel experience include serving as Director of Clinical and Psychological Services for Highland Park Presbyterian Church Family Life Counseling Center. She is the owner and founder of The Ludden Group P.C., a full-service Psychology and Counseling practice serving four counties.
Dr. Ludden has more than thirty-five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in individual, marital, family, and group in the field of counseling and mental health services. Her experience includes consulting in inpatient psychiatric and hospitals, medical/surgical hospitals, nursing homes, pain management clinics, and private practice.
Dr. Ludden has served on The Board of Trustees, Meadowview School for Learning Differences, The Board of Directors, Veterans Workshop of Texas, Inc., to promote vocational and rehabilitation of disabled and/or homeless American Veterans, 1993 to 1995, and on the Advisory Board, Prescription Drug Abuse, Charlton Methodist Hospital.
She has served as a psychologist and director of a Christian counseling center for eight years and as a psychologist and manager for the employee assistance program for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. She has served as assistant director of The Galaxy Center for children and families and assistant director of testing, orientation, and school relations for Texas A&M Commerce. Additionally, Dr. Ludden has been an Instructor for Dallas County Community College District, El Centro Project ADEPT (Adult Disadvantaged Education Program Training, on the job.) and Mountain View Community College Human Development Resources, including Career Development, she also has a contract with a state and federal agency.
Dr. Ludden's experience includes specializing in career testing and counseling for high school students, college students, and career transition for adults. She also has experience in Personnel Screening, Executive Coaching, and Outplacement Testing and Counseling.
She is founder and president of The Ludden Group, P.C. The group provides neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, and evaluations for medical procedures, pain management, and counseling in outpatient private practice and in nursing homes, and hospitals. The group practice also conducts disability evaluations, accepts Worker's Compensation, and Vocational Rehabilitation clients. They also specialize in working with substance abuse disorders.

Ashley Gartner, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Gartner has a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Baylor University. Dr. Gartner provides therapy and testing at nursing homes and at our private offices. Additionally, Dr. Gartner has significant experience in providing individual and family therapy for patients ranging in age from early childhood through adulthood. Dr. Gartner has significant experience working with patients with behavior problems, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and psychological effects of medical conditions. She has significant experience working with patients suffering from chronic pain. Dr. Gartner works collaboratively with patients, as well as with the parents of child patients, to help patients generalize therapeutic techniques and enhance treatment results. In addition, Dr. Gartner has extensive experience providing psychological and neuropsychological testing. Prior to her current position with The Ludden Group, Dr. Gartner provided therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with behavior problems, school problems, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders at Chupik Counseling in Temple, TX. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Cook Children's Medical Center's Neuropsychology Clinic, where she gained extensive experience providing psychological and neuropsychological testing for children presenting with a variety of mood disorders, learning difficulties, developmental delays, and medical problems. During her postdoctoral fellowship, Dr. Gartner also gained extensive experience working collaboratively with school personnel, psychiatrists, geneticists, neurologists, and other medical doctors to enhance patient care.
Jennifer Jones, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Jennifer Jones is a licensed psychologist with experience in the fields of social psychology, experimental psychology, and more recently emphasizing in geropsychology. Dr. Jones has worked in higher education for 15 years; starting at The University of Texas at Arlington as a graduate teaching assistant working on her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology. As a full-time psychology professor at Richland College (part of the Dallas County Community Colleges) she teaches a wide range of courses in the field of psychology such as: Human Sexuality, Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Lifespan & Growth Developmental Psychology, and General Psychology. Dr. Jones practices psychology with The Ludden Group led by, Dr. Linda Ludden. Her experience with The Ludden Group involves providing psychotherapy to the elderly, conducting neuropsychological testing for dementia, and dementia training for educating employees and family members. Dr. Jones made the decision at a young age that psychology was the path for her, and she has never waivered in that decision.
Saju Abraham, Licensed Professional Counselor
Saju Abraham is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a unique skill set refined toward counseling and helping others. Though unconventional, his journey to become a counselor was a gradual yet inevitable destination. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. After a few years in the corporate arena, he discovered an interest in the education field. In particular, he found that working with delinquent adolescents sparked his passion for helping people overcome their personal obstacles. This desire drove Saju to seek his graduate degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. His work experience ranges from adult and adolescent outpatient services, as well as working with hospital based counseling services. Saju’s philosophy of counseling is client-centered and based on acknowledgment of the individual’s background and personal beliefs. His expertise allows clients to develop their own perspective of problem solving and empowers them to make the changes needed in order to accomplish their goals. Jonathan Tekell, MA, Licensed Professional Counselor
Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from Baylor University in 2013, and he obtained his master’s degree in biblical counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2016. Jonathan provides psychotherapy services as a Licensed Professional Counselor for a variety of mental health needs. He has several years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics facing challenges due to anxiety, depression, relational distress, substance use, health impairments, and various other behavioral disturbances. He is proficient in the provision of therapy for troubled teens and adolescents, working with the family towards the healing of relationships and development of communication, while respecting the client's place within the change process. He also has extensive experience in working with the elderly population. He has served clients in a nursing home setting for several years in their adjustment to chronic health problems, cognitive decline, and newfound limitations, also providing services for the treatment of behavioral agitation and emotional distress. Jonathan's approach to therapy is primarily from a cognitive behavioral perspective, while integrating various therapeutic techniques according to the needs of the client. Jonathan works collaboratively with each client in order to tailor their experience according to their unique situation and needs. In addition to his experience in the provision of quality psychotherapy for individuals and couples, he has several years of experience in cooperation with Ludden Group psychologists in the administration of testing instruments for the assessment of general cognitive functioning, memory functioning, and levels of academic achievement.
