Dr. Ludden served as a Psychologist and manager for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas Employee Assistance Program where she delivered psychological services to employees and their families.
Dr. Ludden Dr. Ludden conducted a seven-week workshop series, including communication/listening skills, conflict resolution skills, stress management, assertiveness training, and self-esteem building.
Dr. Ludden consulted with and coached a President and CEO of several multi-million-dollar companies. Dr. Ludden prepared this President to intervene and investigate sexual harassment within their company. She assisted the President to analyze these companies and developing strategies for successful organizational management development. She consulted in the proper outplacement of individuals and did executive testing and leadership skills development.
Dr. Ludden consults with small businesses. She consulted with partners in a small business to appropriately let an employee go and offered Dr. Ludden’s outplacement services.

Dr. Ludden’s testing experience includes Director of Testing, Orientation, and School Relations for Texas A&M Commerce University. Her experiences in career development include professor in Dallas County Community Colleges in communication skills, assertiveness training, interviewing skills, and employee/employer relations. Dr. Ludden’s management and personnel experience include serving as Director of Clinical and Psychological Services for Highland Park Presbyterian Church Family Life Counseling Center. She is the owner and founder of The Ludden Group P.C., a full-service Psychology and Counseling practice serving four counties.
Dr. Ludden has more than thirty-five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in individual, marital, family, and group in the field of counseling and mental health services. Her experience includes consulting in inpatient psychiatric and hospitals, medical/surgical hospitals, nursing homes, pain management clinics, and private practice.
Dr. Ludden has served on The Board of Trustees, Meadowview School for Learning Differences, The Board of Directors, Veterans Workshop of Texas, Inc., to promote vocational and rehabilitation of disabled and/or homeless American Veterans, 1993 to 1995, and on the Advisory Board, Prescription Drug Abuse, Charlton Methodist Hospital.
She has served as a psychologist and director of a Christian counseling center for eight years and as a psychologist and manager for the employee assistance program for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. She has served as assistant director of The Galaxy Center for children and families and assistant director of testing, orientation, and school relations for Texas A&M Commerce. Additionally, Dr. Ludden has been an Instructor for Dallas County Community College District, El Centro Project ADEPT (Adult Disadvantaged Education Program Training, on the job.) and Mountain View Community College Human Development Resources, including Career Development, she also has a contract with a state and federal agency.
Dr. Ludden's experience includes specializing in career testing and counseling for high school students, college students, and career transition for adults. She also has experience in Personnel Screening, Executive Coaching, and Outplacement Testing and Counseling.
She is founder and president of The Ludden Group, P.C. The group provides neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, and evaluations for medical procedures, pain management, and counseling in outpatient private practice and in nursing homes, and hospitals. The group practice also conducts disability evaluations, accepts Worker's Compensation, and Vocational Rehabilitation clients. They also specialize in working with substance abuse disorders.
